It was always intended that the Jewish people would be a blessing to the nations – that the knowledge of God would flow from the land of Israel to the rest of the world. Jesus Himself confirmed this when He conferred upon His disciples the commission to take the gospel from Jerusalem to Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth (Acts 1:8).
For two thousand years this has been mostly ignored but now in these latter days as we see His return drawing near, the Holy Spirit is raising up disciples in the land of Israel to fulfill the age old injunction to take the knowledge of God and the message of salvation in Jesus the Messiah, from Israel to the nations.
OliveRoot Ministries is based in Israel and is working with the local Body of Messiah to fulfill the great commission.
Together with PrayingForIsrael.net, OliveRoot Ministries is working to encourage the church to recognize the scriptural truth of God's continuing unconditional love for Israel and the Jewish people. We are also endeavoring to foster prayer support for Israel through the dissemination of biblically sound literature and other teaching materials.
OliveRoot Ministries is also in contact with a number of ministries in Asia and Africa and is actively supporting them through prayer and financial giving.
